To receive emails from Crash Protection, you need to ensure that you have configured the email settings within the FusionReactor settings page and that the email notifications are enabled in the settings page of FusionReactor.
You can do this by going to FusionReactor (top left) > Settings and Crash Protection -> Settings -> Email Settings.
